Welcome Dog Lovers

I’m a Tauranga based photographer with over 15 years of photographic experience over multi genres.

Along the twists and turns of life, pets have grounded me with their unbridled affection and loyal companionship.

It is here that I immersed myself in a passion for pet portraiture and Lynne Bookhorn Photography was born.

With a Diploma in Professional Photography, a Multi Award winner in Landscape and Portrait Photography (Animal) from the NZ Institute of Professional Photography (NZIPP)/ Asia Pacific Photography Awards, and a Bronze Award at the International Pet Photography Awards which is a global platform judged by the best pet photographers in the world.

I am also a member of Unleashed Education, which offers specific education on dog photography and have completed a six-month programme in dog photography and editing.  

As an affiliate member of The Tilly Project, I also can assist you with

end-of-life photography.  Having been in this situation more times than I care to remember, I know how important it is to have lasting quality images of our animals and their family at such a sad time.  I understand the emotions of this moment we never want to face.
